No recording loaded yet. You can still choose Read Yourself to read the written Chalisa — or add a recording in Settings.
All seven listens must be done together in one continuous sitting — they cannot be split up — within the same day (12 AM–midnight). Shower before listening; if you have eaten non-veg, shower again first. Say “Shree Ram” three times before each.
॥ Anuṣṭhāna ॥
Your Practices
An anuṣṭhāna is a 41-day vow: reciting the Hanuman Chalisa seven times a day, for one heartfelt intention, under rules of physical purity.
Begin your first one below. You’ll take a short opening vow (Sankalpa), then return here each day to complete your seven.
Each anuṣṭhāna holds one intention only — you can’t ask for several things in one. Run more than one at a time if you like; do all 7 for each, every day.
Day 1 — The Official Launch
Sankalpa
1 · The Ritual
Sit down with a clean mind. Take a spoonful of water in your right hand.
2 · The Declaration
Say it aloud — your name, your location, and your commitment:
Then let the water drop to the floor to seal the vow.
Safeguarding your 41-day streak
The zero-excuse rule. On days you’re traveling, sick, or slammed — do not skip. Use the read-along on your phone and finish your 7 rounds in a quiet corner or a parked car before midnight.
The reset trigger. Be honest with your vow. If you miss a day or break your cleanliness rules, traditional discipline resets the clock to Day 1. Knowing the penalty exists keeps the mind sharp on lazy days.

Default text from your PDF — couplets with English translation. Lines starting with » show as the translation. Edit freely; clear it to restore the default.
Saves all your anuṣṭhāns, days and text to a file you can keep or move to another device/browser — so you never lose progress. (Audio files aren’t included; re-pick those.)
Reset clears only this anuṣṭhāna’s day log. Delete removes it entirely. Audio, text and settings are shared across all anuṣṭhāns.
Solfeggio
Frequencies
Solfeggio frequencies are ancient tones said to carry healing and transformative energy. Play one while you manifest to raise your vibration and deepen your intention.

Layer with a song — optional
Add your own track, then press Play. It loops — on its own, or together with any frequency below. Long playlists work too; some may show 0:00 but still play.
Songs only play when this file is opened in a real browser (Safari / Chrome). In the in-app preview the music player is blocked — the frequency tones still work there.
Volume
Tones are generated live and keep playing while you move to other screens — so you can read the Chalisa aloud with a frequency in the background. Use the bar at the bottom to stop.
